The answer to 99% of the questions I get asked: eat healthy, lift, do some cardio.
There is no secret. No tea. No pill. The answer is what you already know, don’t hope there’s some fucking secret short cut because there isn’t.
Work your ass off and results will come.

Of course I have treats. I’ve been out during this period and had weekends away in London drinking etc and even went on a city break for 5 days. I basically just tried to reduce carbs and have looooads of filling veggies for dinner, lean meats so turkey a lot. I did the 5:2 diet but that sort of restriction isn’t for everyone. Then workouts I would do like gym 3/4 times a week doing a mix of HIIT and weights. I’ve found that much more effective than pure cardio that I’ve done in past :)
